Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative psychotherapy is an evidence-based, personalised approach to client care. It considers the affective, behavioural, cognitive, and physiological needs of individuals as well as their spiritual beliefs. This tailored made model enables practitioners to customize treatment plans and techniques based on individual characteristics while always keeping an emphasis on client motivation, therapeutic relationships, and meaningful change

 

Wellbeing sessions

Enhancing and supporting wellbeing is key to a healthy life; every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our approach recognizes that feelings of wellbeing are rooted in personal experiences, outlooks, and attitudes - as well as any physical or emotional trauma one may have faced. By taking on an all-encompassing perspective I’m passionate to help individuals across many aspects of their lives which can ultimately lead them towards improved happiness and contentment. Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy and Humanisitic therapeutic framework are used to support the wellbeing sessions.

Midlife can be a time of big changes, sometimes leaving us questioning who we are and feeling overwhelmed by life's rapid pace. However, you don't have to stay in this place, there are lots of steps you can take towards making the most out of this new stage.

As caretakers (health professionals, parents, practitioners), many of us have a special ability for understanding the needs of others. Yet with this comes the need to nurture our own well-being and guard ourselves against stress, overwhelm and compassion fatigue.

Sessions available in English and Spanish

All individual sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Extended sessions are available by prior arrangement.

Payments for face-to-face sessions are made at the time of consultation by cash or credit card

Payments for online sessions are made prior to the consultation by direct bank credit.

Please note that once you have booked a time slot, it will be exclusively reserved for you. Kindly be aware that any cancellations, missed sessions, or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will require full payment.
