In Part 2 of our workshop, we will delve deeper into the mind-body connection and its impact on overall health.

My approach recognizes that feelings of wellbeing are rooted in personal experiences, outlooks, and attitudes - as well as any physical or emotional trauma one may have faced. By taking on an all-encompassing perspective I am interested to help individuals across many aspects of their lives which can ultimately lead them towards improved happiness and contentment.

Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Yoga Therapy, Aromatherapy, Breath work and Humanistic therapeutic framework are used to support the wellbeing sessions.

Mindfulness and Meditation

By paying attention to the present, we can start to take control of our lives and create meaningful change. Mindfulness practice is a great way to strengthen our mental muscles and lower stress levels which leads us towards improved anxiety management, higher quality sleep patterns and stronger relationships with ourselves as well as those around us.

Yoga therapy & Somatic therapy

Yoga Therapy is a unique approach to health and wellbeing that helps individuals find balance in body, mind, and spirit. With customize yoga movements, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques - all tailored uniquely for each person's needs so they can progress towards optimal health.

In somatic therapy, we go beyond talking to focus on the moment-to-moment experience of emotions and physical sensations

Aromatherapy

Essential oils are natural compounds extracted from parts of plants like stems, flowers, and leaves, providing a distinct scent that can be used for holistic healing treatments. Aromatherapy is an effective way to utilize these essential oils to improve your overall health and wellbeing with safe use.
